Dekacore policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Dekacore ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use dekacore.com, PingPatrol, Dekaplane, and related product websites or services. It applies across Dekacore products unless a product-specific policy says otherwise.
We use information to provide, secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve Dekacore products. This includes authenticating users, delivering alerts, supporting product features, maintaining service reliability, responding to requests, and improving the user experience.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate our products, such as hosting, edge delivery, analytics, payment, email, or infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our services.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. We retain information only as long as needed for product operation, security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
Dekacore products may use third-party services for infrastructure, edge delivery, analytics, payments, email, and product delivery. These providers may process limited technical information as needed to deliver their services.
Dekaplane may integrate with or use third-party and open-source components for AI gateway functionality, including LiteLLM where applicable. Third-party components are governed by their own notices, licenses, and terms. Dekacore does not claim ownership of third-party open-source software.
Dekacore owns its product names, branding, website content, product interfaces, workflows, documentation, and service packaging, except for third-party materials and open-source components used under their respective licenses.
You may not copy, repackage, white-label, resell, or commercially monetize Dekacore products, interfaces, documentation, or hosted service experiences as your own competing product without written permission from Dekacore. This notice does not limit your rights under applicable open-source licenses for third-party components.
Some Dekaplane deployments may run in customer-controlled environments. In those cases, local configuration, logs, prompts, model traffic, provider credentials, and gateway activity may remain within that environment unless you choose to send information to Dekacore for support, account management, updates, or hosted services.
You can remove browser extensions, adjust alert preferences, change account settings, or contact us to request help with privacy-related questions. Some information may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or service continuity.
Dekacore products are intended for general business and technical audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
